Our Story
From executive search to investment partner

At Clifton March our background is in executive search, where for more than 25 years we partnered with consumer-centric companies to appoint senior leaders capable of shaping business success. We developed a deep understanding of what truly drives value creation: not only talent and capability, but context, how a business is positioned, how decisions are made, and how culture is lived.

Through this work, we gained a front row seat to the growth journeys of ambitious companies. We saw first hand that leadership, capital, and strategy are deeply interconnected. As founders and boards increasingly sought partners who could contribute beyond hiring, offering perspective on structure, growth, and long term positioning, our role naturally evolved.

Alongside our search and advisory work, we now make minority investments in high growth, consumer-centric and B2B innovative businesses.

Our investment approach reflects our heritage, thoughtful, selective, and grounded in deep operational insight. We back exceptional leaders and management teams, providing capital while allowing them to retain control and continue building with clarity and conviction.

Our approach remains deliberately lean. We focus on what is strong, simplify what is complex, and concentrate on what is necessary for sustainable growth. No generic models. No unnecessary layers. Only aligned leadership, strategic capital, and long term partnership.
